DAY 39 28/10/2024, MONDAY Today marked the beginning of the last week of our third-phase teaching practice. As I distributed the answer sheets of the diagnostic test to the students, I felt a sense of satisfaction seeing that some students who had performed poorly in the previous test had shown improvement, to a certain extent. Their progress, no matter how small, was a testament to their efforts and my teaching, and it filled me with a sense of pride and accomplishment. However, as I glanced through the answer sheets, I was also struck by the realization that some students continued to struggle with certain topics. Despite my best efforts, there were still students who scored below ten marks, and it was clear that they needed additional support. As a teacher, it's essential to acknowledge and respect individual differences in learning. Every student learns at their own pace, and it's our responsibility to cater to their unique needs. With this in mind, I planned to use today...

3rd SEM : WEEK 08

DAY 29 14/10/2024, MONDAY Today marked the end of our three-day Navratri break, and I returned to school feeling revitalized. However, my usual punctuality took a hit, and I arrived at 9:30 AM, 45 minutes later than my standard 8:45 AM arrival. Upon signing the register, I headed to my scheduled second-period class, 8B. But, as fate would have it, I received a substitution request for 9D, where I delivered an engaging lesson on respiration in other organisms . Both classes, 8B and 9D, responded enthusiastically, making the sessions highly productive. With no more scheduled classes, I distributed notes and remained open to potential substitutions. Before long, I was summoned to 5C during the third period and later visited some UP section classes. As the day drew to a close, we wrapped up at 3:30 PM, marking the end of a fulfilling first day back. DAY 30 15/10/2024, TUESDAY  Today was a successful day at school. DAY 01 7/10/2024 MONDAY  Today was a rainy day. I arrived at school at 9:15 AM and signed the register. According to the timetable, I had my regular second period with class 8B. However, due to substitutions, I unexpectedly received three additional periods with the same class. Initially, I was concerned about how the students would react to having me for four consecutive periods. But, things went smoothly. During the second period, I showed them videos related to the chapter. This helped set the tone for the rest of our time together. In the third and fourth periods, I delivered my lesson on polyhouse farming and precision farming  and distributed notes. The class remained engaged, and I was relieved that the students didn't seem irritated by my extended presence. During the noon break, we distributed lunch. Later, in the sixth period, the students requested to go for Physical Training (PT) instead of attending class. They explained that they hadn't had a PT period in two mon...
