DAY 01 30/09/2024 MONDAY I began my day at 9:15 AM, signing the register as usual. The day commenced with the morning assembly at 9:30 AM, where we witnessed the oath-taking ceremony of our newly elected school leaders: - School Chairman - Vice Chairman - Sports Secretary - Arts Secretary Our principal delivered speech, emphasizing the importance of responsible plastic waste disposal. He urged students to adopt eco-friendly habits and refrain from littering. As per the timetable, I had my second-period class in 8B, where I introduced the topic waste management and sustainable agriculture. The use of ICT  captivated the students' attention, and they grasped the concepts well. After a productive morning session, I had no additional periods or substitutions. In the afternoon, we distributed lunch . From 2 p.m onwards PTA meeting was there for students from 5 to 9th standards. DAY 01 23/09/2024, MONDAY Back to school: Today marked the eagerly awaited return to school after a refreshing holiday break. For us, it signaled the beginning of our second spell of our first teaching practice phase. Eight of us arrived at school at 9:15 AM, eager to start the day. Today I had a class on 8B during the second period. I had meticulously planned the first lesson of our new chapter, "Let's Regain Our Field ," focusing on food security, scarcity, and the crises in the  agricultural field.  Utilizing engaging slides, I delivered the lesson smoothly. The students, though slightly sluggish after the holidays, were cooperative and responsive. I leveraged our shared agricultural background to captivate their interest. By the end of the lesson, they were fully engaged.
